1.3 Order Information -- You can check and manage your orders, records and transaction records in the Luckyin website or application. Click the path as "Mine"/" My orders".
1.4 Commodity order Information -- You can query and manage your order record and transaction record in the Luckyin website or application, and click the path: "Mine--Box Cabinet".
1.5 Delivery Address -- You can query and manage your delivery address in the Luckyin application. Click the path as "Mine"/" Address ".
2. We encourage you to correct and revise your information to make it more accurate and effective. You can access your information through the Luckyin service, and complete or request us to modify, supplement or delete the corresponding information according to the management method. We will take appropriate technical measures to ensure that, to the extent possible, you can access, update and correct your own information or other information provided when using the Luckyin service.
3. You may request us to delete your personal information under the following circumstances:
3.1 Our behavior in handling personal information violates laws and regulations;
3.2 We collect and use your personal information without obtaining your consent;
3.3 Our behavior of processing personal information violates the agreement with you;
3.4 You no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account;
3.5 We no longer provide you with products or services.
If we decide to respond to your request for removal, we will also simultaneously notify the entity from which we have obtained your personal information to remove it in a timely manner, unless otherwise specified or if such entity is independently authorized by you.
In addition, various kinds of our services allow you to publicly share information about yourself not only with your social network, but also with all users of the Services. For example, information you upload or post in the Luckyin Service, your response to information uploaded or posted by others, upload or publish your personal information, including location data and log information related to such information, by email or in a public area of the Luckyin Service that is not visible to specific users.
The information may remain in the public domain as long as you do not delete the information made public or shared by you; Even if you delete the shared Information, the information may be cached, copied or stored independently by other users or third parties not under our control, or preserved in the public domain by other users or such third parties. If you disclose or share information through the above channels, we shall not be liable for the disclosure of your information. Therefore, we remind and ask you to carefully consider whether to disclose or share your information through the above channels.
(2) Delete account
1. Your Luckyin service account may be cancelled or deleted if it complies with the terms and conditions of the Luckyin Service Agreement and relevant national laws and regulations. After the account is cancelled or deleted, all service information and data related to the account under the single service item will be deleted or processed in accordance with the service agreement of the single service. When you apply for deregistration, you can click "Mine", "Settings", and "Delete" to operate.
(3) Change the scope of your authorization or withdraw your authorization
1. You can always choose whether or not to disclose information. Some of the information is necessary to use the Luckyin service, but most of the other information is provided at your discretion. You can change the scope of information you authorize us to continue collecting or withdraw your authorization by deleting information or disabling device functions. After you cancel your authorization, we will not be able to provide you with the corresponding service for withdrawing your authorization, nor will we process your relevant information. However, your decision to withdraw authorization will not affect the information processing previously conducted based on your authorization.
Notifications concerning sensitive information
Some information may be considered sensitive because of its particularity, such as your race, religion, personal health and medical information, as well as identity documents, personal biometric information, property information, whereabouts, and juvenile information.
Please notice that content and information you provide, upload or post in the Luckyin service, such as photos or information about your social activities, may reveal sensitive information about you. You need to carefully consider whether to disclose your sensitive information using the Luckyin service.
1. You agree that your sensitive information will be processed according to the purpose and manner set forth in this Privacy Policy.
(5) Responding to your request
1. For security purposes, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request:
1.1 We will reply within 15 days, if you are not satisfied, you can also file a complaint to us.
1.2 For your reasonable request, we will not charge you in principle, but for repeated requests that exceed the reasonable limit, we will charge you a certain cost according to the situation. We may reject requests that are unnecessarily repetitive, require too much technology, pose a risk to others' legitimate interests, or are highly impractical.
1.3 In the following circumstances, according to the requirements of laws and regulations, we will not be able to respond to your request:
1) Related to the performance of our obligations under laws and regulations;
2) Directly related to local national security and national defense security;
3) Those directly related to public security, public health and major public interests;
4) Those directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
5) There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
6) To protect your or other individuals' life, property and other major legal rights and interests, but it is difficult to get the consent of the person;
7) Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals and organizations;
8) Trade secrets.
2. Duration of information storage
2.1 Your personal information will be retained until the user deaccounts, unless retention is required by law. Upon account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information as soon as possible according to the requirements of laws and regulations. Please refer to this Agreement for the relevant rules and procedures for account cancellation. You understand and agree that the relevant transaction records may be kept in the background of the Platform for 5 years or more.
2.2 Mobile Phone number and wechat ID and other social media accounts: If you use Luckyin products or services, we always save your mobile phone number and wechat ID to ensure your normal use of the services. After you cancel your Luckyin account, we will delete the corresponding information or anonymize it.
2.3 When our products or services stop operation, we will notify you in the form of push notification, announcement, etc., and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period.
Vi. How do we handle minors' personal information
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. In the e-commerce activities, we presume that you have the corresponding capacity for civil conduct. If you are reguarded as minors referring to your current locational laws, we ask that you ask your parents or guardians to read this Privacy Policy carefully and use our services or provide us with information with the consent of your parents or guardians.
In cases where personal information of minors is collected with the consent of parents or legal guardians, we will only use or publicly disclose this information if it is permitted by law, with the express consent of parents or guardians or if it is necessary to protect minors.

We may modify the terms of this Privacy Policy in due course. For material changes, we will provide prominent notice. You may choose to stop using the Luckyin service. If you continue to use the Luckyin Services in such circumstances, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy as amended.
Material changes within the meaning of this Privacy Policy include but not limited in:
1. Our service model has changed significantly. Such as the purpose of personal information processing, the type of personal information processing, personal information use, etc.;
2. We've had major changes in our ownership structure, organizational structure, etc. Such as business adjustment, bankruptcy merger and acquisition caused by the owner change, etc.;
3. The main object of personal information sharing, transfer or public disclosure has changed;
4. Your right to participate in personal information processing and the way in which it is exercised have changed significantly;
